When adding a new traffic source on your application or account, you may occasionally see the following error message:

 

“That Traffic Source already exists in our network.”

 

In these cases, make sure that all nicknames you give your traffic sources are unique. For instance, don’t name your email source “my email,” but instead add more content to make the name unique (such as “Mike’s Marketing Email List” instead of “My Email”). For any website, make sure you’re not using common media sites or social networking platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
