Occasionally, Publishers may order something from their own link or have a friend buy something using their links, expecting to immediately see the transaction when they log in to their FlexOffers.com account. They may not see that transaction right away though, as sales reporting on FlexOffers.com is not in real time.

FlexOffers.com reports all sales when those sales are reported to us by Advertisers, most often on a 24 to 48-hour delay. In some extreme cases, such as with travel advertisers, sales reporting may take weeks if not longer to show. This is because travel sites generally only report sales when customers check in for flights or hotels or pick up their rental car.

If you think a sale is still missing from your reports and it has been 7 days or more since the transaction, we’ve created a Transaction Inquiry form to help expedite the query process. This form gives you the ability to report inquiries any time of day and get instant notifications when updates are received.

From the PublisherPro.FlexOffers.com home page, click on the Account tab, then Payments, and select Transaction Inquiries from the options on the drop-down menu. That will take you to this page, as seen below:

 

 

We want nothing more than to be able to help resolve your Transaction Inquiry and can work towards that after you provide the minimal necessary information asked of us by Advertisers on this form. This information includes the Program Name, Transaction Date, Transaction Amount, and Order ID (NOTE: The Transaction Amount is the total price that appears on the receipt after purchase). After filling out all the fields in the Transaction Inquiry form, you can also include any additional details in the Comments section. This is particularly helpful with lead-based inquiries or situations where some information is missing or unavailable.

While it usually takes about 2 weeks to get a response from the Advertiser, sometimes it may take longer. When they respond, they will either reject or accept the order and a credit may be issued to your account if the order is accepted. The moment we receive an update, a notification will be available under the Support tab on publisherpro.flexoffers.com. Rest assured that as soon as we know, you will know.
